My stay at Hotel COZi Oasis in Tsuen Wan was absolutely excellent! The check-in process was smooth, and I was personally assisted by room attendant Mr. Lei, who went above and beyond—his attention to detail made the room spotless, and he handled all my requests promptly and efficiently. A huge thank you to Connie at the front desk as well; her responses were quick, accurate, and genuinely helpful. She truly made the experience seamless. Located just steps from the MTR station, the hotel offers great access to both local attractions and major city hubs like Tsim Sha Tsui. Clean, comfortable rooms with a friendly staff make this a top pick for both business travelers and families. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

I originally planned for just two nights in Hong Kong, but worried I wouldn’t have enough time to get everything done. So I added an extra day and arrived a day early—now I’m so glad I did! My previous bank experience was frustrating: they’ve adopted the mainland Chinese banking style, with only one teller window open, and I waited over two hours in line with four or five people ahead of me. Definitely need to switch banks soon. But back to COZI Harbour View—the hotel I’ve stayed at before. The real plus is the room availability; even during busy times, there are usually plenty of rooms, perfect for last-minute business travelers. This time, I was upgraded to a sea-view room, and I couldn’t be happier. I can see the yacht marina, the cruise terminal, and even the old Kai Tak Airport site now turned into a transit hub. The view is peaceful and scenic, making the stay truly relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely book here again next time—way better than dealing with that stressful bank!

The Western restaurant served an outstanding dinner—perfectly cooked steak and a delicious seafood risotto that blew me away. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of high-quality options. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully done. This hotel exceeded all my expectations.
