The location is absolutely fantastic—right next to the MTR station, making it super easy to get to Victoria Park and K11 just a short walk away. The convenience really stands out, and the overall stay was enjoyable with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. That said, during my recent visit, I noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, and the drainage seemed sluggish. I managed to clear out some hair from the drain, but water still didn’t flow properly. This meant I had to wash step by step—first wetting my hair, turning off the water, lathering, then turning it back on to rinse. It wasn’t ideal, especially after a long day. Unfortunately, I returned late at night and the front desk was unattended, so I couldn’t report it in person. I hope the team can look into checking the plumbing regularly to avoid this issue for future guests. Despite that small hiccup, I’d still recommend this place—it’s well-located and offers great value.

Even though Hong Kong hotels typically don’t provide toiletries, the owner noticed I didn’t bring any and kindly handed me a set of disposable essentials—such a thoughtful touch. The location was a bit tricky to find at first glance, but once I checked the address, it’s right next to a Mixue Bingcheng store—just enter the building, head to the elevator across from the real estate office, and take it up to the 10th floor. Walking to Mong Kok and Victoria Harbour is super convenient, and everything is within easy reach. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Hong Kong—it’s a perfect balance of comfort, value, and genuine hospitality.
