The lobby and second-floor atrium were beautifully decorated with tall Christmas trees, creating a festive atmosphere the moment you walk in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view of the giant Ferris wheel and glimpses of the sea—especially stunning at night when the city lights shimmered across the water. Service was exceptional from start to finish. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and they happily accommodated me with early check-in without any hassle. Staff even helped carry my luggage up to the room and assisted again at checkout by bringing my bags down to the side entrance. But honestly, with such a rich spread at both meals, I actually opted not to have the birthday cake brought to my room. The heartfelt birthday wishes from the hotel were more than enough for me. We checked in around 8:30 PM, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. Since we were traveling with our child, we opted for a one-time use bed set for added peace of mind regarding hygiene. The HKD 500 deposit was paid in cash and refunded immediately upon checkout the next day—no hassle at all. The whole experience was smooth and professional. Location is convenient, staff are friendly, and the overall value is excellent. Definitely coming back!
