To make matters worse, they placed an obstruction in our assigned parking space, causing damage to our tire when we tried to park. No one from the building management or the owner took responsibility—no apology, no compensation. The overall condition, service, and attention to detail were far below expectations. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a complete letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay. There are definitely better options available.

The place itself is very secure, spotlessly clean, and features spacious rooms—mine faced the main street and came fully equipped with everything I needed. There’s a convenient laundry service, plus a small kitchenette where I could brew coffee, tea, or prepare light meals. But the real bonus? The area is packed with affordable restaurants just steps away, and a supermarket is only two blocks down—perfect if you don’t feel like cooking. Mario also stood out—he was consistently helpful, offering thoughtful tips that greatly enhanced my trip around Chile. The only minor note is the wooden flooring, which can be a bit hard on the feet, but no one seemed bothered by it during my stay, and I certainly didn’t disturb anyone at night. Overall, an excellent experience with great value, attention to detail, and a welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was frustrating to show up and have no staff available to greet me or help with check-in. The location is decent—close to public transit and downtown—but the lack of basic hospitality really let down the experience. For the price, you’d expect a little more professionalism, especially when guests are arriving after hours. Definitely not something I’d recommend.
