The room itself was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and packed with thoughtful touches: Bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, and most importantly—what felt like the best bed I’ve ever slept on. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they care deeply about both design and comfort. One of my favorite spots was the RT60 rooftop terrace—stunning views of Madrid, chill music, creative cocktails, and the perfect vibe to unwind after a long day. And while the pool is small, it’s a real oasis in the heart of the city. Staff were attentive and genuinely helpful. We accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on when we left in the morning. When we returned early in the afternoon, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet—which made sense. But when we mentioned it at reception, they kindly said the cleaning team was wrapping up, but they’d try to at least make the bed and change the towels. I didn’t expect much, but when we returned, the room was completely fresh—bed made, linens changed, everything pristine. That kind of initiative and care really stood out. Even though our room wasn’t one of the premium ones, the quality of the decor and attention to detail felt like a high-end hotel. In short, this was a complete, unique, and highly recommendable experience. If you love stylish design, great music, a prime location, and exceptional service throughout your stay, the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid won’t disappoint. Truly excellent in every way.

While you’ll need to grab drinks from a nearby 24-hour convenience store (which is affordable and just steps away), it’s a minor trade-off for eco-conscious travel. The only thing that could be improved is one front desk employee’s attitude—being a bit more welcoming would go a long way. All other staff were attentive and helpful.
