Hostal Andrés

Staying at Hostal Andrés was an absolute delight! While the rooms aren’t spacious, they’re incredibly comfortable—especially the beds with their excellent mattresses that made for a restful night’s sleep. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great local tips about Valencia and its surroundings. I especially appreciated how well-located it is—just a short walk from the beach and the Albufera Nature Reserve, perfect for exploring both urban charm and natural beauty. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant, and everything about the stay felt thoughtfully arranged. I’d definitely return and recommend this gem to anyone visiting Valencia.

Camping Coll Vert

We stayed for three nights at this campground with our motorhome, and it was an absolute delight. The pitches were shaded and came with electrical hookups—perfect for our setup. The restrooms were spotless, which is always a big plus when camping with kids. The pool area was fantastic, featuring a fun water slide that kept the little ones entertained for hours—adults included! Best of all, the bus stop is right in front of the campsite, making it super easy to explore Valencia city center without needing a car. Clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly, this place truly offers great value. We’ll definitely be back!

Parador de El Saler

The value for money here is outstanding—facilities, service, and views are all top-notch. As a guest, I enjoyed discounted green fees at the golf course, and there’s even a practice range available. If I’d visited during summer, I’d have taken full advantage of the beach access and outdoor pool. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the scenic surroundings made this stay truly special. It’s rare to find such a relaxing retreat with so many amenities included. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a golf-focused vacation.

Bungalows Park Albufera

Located just a short walk from the beach and only 10 minutes away from the aquarium, Bungalows Park Albufera offers great convenience for travelers who want to enjoy a relaxed seaside stay. The on-site pool, bar, and laundry facilities are practical perks, especially considering the price point during peak season—great value for money. However, one thing that stood out negatively was the air conditioning automatically turning off when you leave the bungalow. During summer months, returning to a sweltering room can be quite unpleasant. A small suggestion: installing solar panels or upgrading to a smarter AC system with a delayed-off feature could really improve guest comfort. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, no-frills beachside retreat with good access to local attractions, this place is worth considering.

Camping Valencia El Saler

We chose Camping Valencia El Saler as our base for exploring Valencia and the surrounding areas, but also for a peaceful retreat between hikes. The decision turned out to be perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help—even the guys at the bar went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We stayed in a brand-new, clean bungalow with all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away through the scenic Parque Natural de l’Albufera. El Saler itself is also within walking distance, with two small shops and several excellent restaurants nearby. We flew in and took a taxi directly to the campsite—affordable and much more reasonable than similar distances in Italy. Even better, there’s a bus stop right outside the campsite. Lines 24 and 25 run frequently, even late into the evening, connecting easily to Valencia and other nearby spots. Pro tip: pick up a SUMA card at the Tabacos in El Saler—it’s a real money-saver for local travel. Overall, this is an ideal spot for travelers looking to enjoy nature, convenience, and easy access to the city—all in one place.
