Absolutely perfect—truly everything I hoped for and more! From the moment we stepped into the room, I was blown away by the spacious layout, modern design, and that unique graffiti-inspired art vibe—it felt like staying in a living museum. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touches: complimentary fresh bread, eggs, milk, orange juice, and sodas delivered straight to our door. Even though tap water is safe to drink in Spain, they provided a water filter—such a nice little extra. The free laundry machines were a game-changer, especially with our own detergent on hand. And the staff? Amazing. Paula went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, patient, fluent in English, and had such a great sense of humor. She made our stay feel personal and unforgettable. The views from the rooms are stunning, and the whole experience justifies every penny. I’d return in a heartbeat—Malaga’s charm combined with this hotel’s unique character makes it a must-visit.

The location is unbeatable—everything from the city center to popular attractions is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Check-in was smooth and professional, with friendly staff who made the process stress-free. The apartment itself is cozy and well-designed, with a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening views. I was particularly impressed with the soundproofing—no noise from neighboring rooms or the street, which made for peaceful nights. The only small downside was that cleaning wasn’t included during my three-night stay, so trash built up a bit over time. A little extra housekeeping would have made it flawless. We also loved the nearby local bakery and small grocery stores, plus a fresh seafood market where we picked up some amazing catches to cook ourselves. The bus to the city center runs frequently and takes only about 10–15 minutes—perfect for exploring without needing a car. Overall, this place offers excellent value and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.
