The ambiance was really charming—great atmosphere and a lovely space overall. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had a nice vintage touch that made it feel unique. However, the shower only provided cold water for two full days, which was quite frustrating. I mentioned it to the owner, but there was no follow-up or effort to fix it. That lack of response was disappointing, especially since the place has such potential. It's a shame because with a little more attention to guest comfort and maintenance, this property could easily be rated much higher. For future stays in Málaga, I’d definitely consider other options with better service responsiveness.

This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.

Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Malaga. With its unbeatable location, excellent service, and high-quality amenities, we’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
