The pool area was beautiful, and the guy who handled the pool maintenance was genuinely kind and helpful when we checked out at 8:10 AM. It’s a lovely hotel overall—well-located, clean, and visually appealing. That said, guest service is absolutely crucial. If the team can improve their attitude and hospitality while keeping the great ambiance, this place could easily be a top pick.
