Location is unbeatable: right on a lively street with plenty of food spots and cozy cafés nearby, plus just a short walk to the metro station—perfect for getting around Santiago. Rooms were cleaned daily, hot water worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was weak Wi-Fi in our room, but since we spent most of our time out exploring, it wasn’t an issue. For work purposes, I actually used the free Wi-Fi near the front desk a few times—super convenient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
