Absolutely stunning hotel — I loved every single detail! Stayed in room 1803 on the 18th floor, and the view of the Andes and Santiago cityscape was breathtaking. The cleanliness is top-notch, and while breakfast offered limited hot options, the fresh fruits and excellent selection of cheeses more than made up for it. The on-site restaurant was fantastic — delicious food and a great wine list to match. I also enjoyed relaxing in the warm rooftop pool on the 20th floor and using the well-equipped fitness center. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Perfect location, unbeatable service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations. Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia
My stay at Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia was a major disappointment. From the moment I arrived, there were issues with check-in—apparently I had to register at the front desk, but the building is residential and security was extremely lax. The doorman wasn’t even checking IDs, letting almost anyone in. The main entrance door was broken and barely functional, which added to the unease. The elevator creaked like it was about to fall apart, and the hallway smelled strongly of garbage and something else unpleasant—really off-putting. By the time I got to my unit, I just wanted to collapse. Inside, the apartment looked okay at first glance, but the bathroom showed clear signs of poor cleaning—stains on the tiles, like it hadn’t been properly sanitized before my arrival. The balcony was littered with cigarette butts. I was exhausted and tried to sleep, but the noise from outside was unbearable: constant traffic, buses rumbling by, loud exhaust fans from nearby restaurants, and people shouting on the street well past 2 a.m. It was impossible to rest. I reached out for a refund, but received no response. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had—poor maintenance, weak security, and extreme noise pollution. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

They serve a traditional breakfast, plus a quick 'express coffee' option for early risers heading out on tours. That little touch made my mornings so much easier. I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Santiago—I had an incredible time and would highly recommend it to everyone.
