Arriving at the property was a bit tricky at first since I didn’t know exactly where it was located. It’s actually in Block B of Xuefu Jingdian, Unit 1, 13th floor, 7 Building—once you get inside, just walk further in. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start. After booking our room, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a projection room at no extra cost—definitely a highlight! The room was spotless, modern, and perfect for gaming or relaxing with a movie on the big screen. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Being close to Harbin Institute of Technology makes it super convenient if you’re visiting campus or exploring nearby areas. Great value for money and an overall fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again.

This homestay is an absolute gem! The room is spacious and well-maintained, with excellent cleanliness—no lingering smoke smell at all, which is a big plus, especially in winter. Right downstairs is a lively shopping mall and street food alley, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city or heading to the airport. I’d recommend getting off at Harbin University of Science and Technology if you’re taking the airport bus, then just take one stop on the subway—dragging luggage through the cold weather is no fun. There are four elevators, but only one doesn’t require a card, so we had to wait a bit at first. Once we got the access card, things ran smoothly. The quietness at night was impressive—no noise from neighbors or traffic, perfect for a restful sleep. And that huge window by the bed? Absolutely dreamy. If it snows, the view from there would be magical. Definitely worth staying here again.

We visited the Xianrenju Scenic Area during our October holiday with our kids, and stayed at a charming guesthouse near the North Gate—Xianmeng Lanting. They even shared detailed tips on how to best explore Xianrenju, saving us time and helping us plan our day perfectly. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed with a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Our family room comfortably accommodated two adults and three kids, and the modern smart amenities—including a projector—were a hit with the little ones. We couldn’t get enough of it! The building has an elevator, full smart automation, and the basement features a karaoke room, billiards table, and board games like chess and Go—perfect for family fun. Breakfast was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and made fresh by the hostess herself. In the morning, the owner even drove us personally to the South Gate of the scenic area, which showed just how thoughtful and dedicated they are. Every detail was considered, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish!
