The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but they allowed us to settle in right away—so convenient! To make things even better, I accidentally lost a ring, and the owner personally searched every nook and cranny until it was found. Truly amazing service. Staying at Harbin Tianzhu Apartment was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and offered excellent sound insulation—no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The heating system worked incredibly well; I actually felt too warm after just a few minutes inside! That said, the bathroom did have some moisture buildup and didn’t dry out quickly, which left a slight damp smell. Still, given how affordable the rate was, it’s hard to complain. For the price, the comfort and convenience more than make up for it. The location is also very accessible, with easy subway access to downtown attractions. Definitely a solid choice if you're visiting Harbin on a budget.
Ziyuan Hotel
We came to Harbin Institute of Technology for my child’s training program. Originally booked another hotel, but we had to leave immediately due to a strong unpleasant odor and an extremely cramped bathroom—showering was nearly impossible. Switching to Ziyuan Hotel was a great decision. We stayed in a family room; while the space is modest, the bathroom features a glass partition and was spotlessly clean with ample room for showering and basic grooming. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a large TV in the room—great for relaxing after a long day. What surprised us most was that this three-story hotel actually has an elevator, which made things much easier, especially with luggage and kids. Best of all, it's just a 5-minute walk to the HIT Science Building—super convenient for daily commutes. The location, cleanliness, and overall value are excellent. We were genuinely pleased with our stay and would definitely consider returning.
