Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by great dining options and local shops. When I arrived, there was a small issue with the access code, but the team responded immediately and resolved it without any hassle. They were friendly, professional, and super responsive throughout my entire stay. My deposit was refunded quickly after checkout, which was a big plus. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. I’d definitely book again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manchester.

Perfect for our needs! Located just across the street from Piccadilly Station and a shopping mall, making it ideal for travelers arriving by train. Close to a tram stop and a short walk to the city loop—great for exploring Manchester easily. The room with en-suite bathroom was compact but spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and always up for a friendly chat. Breakfast was simple but tasty—delivered to our room and picked up afterward, which was super convenient. Note: the pub doesn’t open until 12 PM, so if you arrive early, don’t worry—there are only steps to the rooms, but they gladly offered to store large bags downstairs and even helped carry them down when we checked out. The pub itself is cozy, clean, and full of authentic English charm. The beers were excellent—definitely worth a visit even if you're not staying here!

My first visit to Greater Manchester to catch my favorite live band was made even better by staying at The Gardens Hotel. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right next to a Wetherspoon pub and just a short walk from Piccadilly Station. My room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a spotless bathroom, and a fantastic city view. I appreciated the little touches: a hairdryer, ironing facilities, tea and coffee setup with a kettle, and a smart TV for relaxing after a long day. I stayed for two nights and felt completely at home. This hotel offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere—I’d definitely return without hesitation.

After being disappointed with a luxury city centre apartment upon our arrival in Manchester (long story short), we ended up booking last-minute at Premier Inn Manchester Central — and honestly, we should’ve just gone with this hotel from the start. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and when we mentioned our situation and that it was my birthday, they went above and beyond. After dinner, I returned to my room to find a birthday card, a bottle of wine, and some chocolates — absolutely heartwarming. Huge thanks to Aaisha for arranging that special touch. We booked two double rooms on the 7th floor, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a warm day. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even though this was our first stay at this property, it already feels like a favourite. Premier Inn has once again proven why it’s a go-to choice — reliable, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve stayed at many hotels across different cities, but nothing compares to the exceptional service I received from Paulo at Premier Inn Manchester City (Portland St). From check-in, he went above and beyond—helping me with the machine when I was completely lost, patiently guiding me through everything. He didn’t just serve; he connected. He chatted warmly with my wife and both our kids, making us feel genuinely welcome like family. The next morning, we stopped by breakfast, and there he was again—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. As soon as he heard we were vegan, he immediately asked how many sausages and bacon we’d need (even though we don’t eat them!), showing real care. My son mentioned it was his birthday, and without hesitation, Paulo surprised him with a beautiful drawing set. That small gesture made the whole trip unforgettable. Had an excellent stay here last weekend! I understand some guests mention noise, but let’s be honest—this property is on Canal Street, so there’s naturally some city buzz. However, I was in bed by 1 a.m. and slept through the whole night without any disturbance. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Manchester, steps away from restaurants, shops, and public transit. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great vibe overall.
