The only downside was that the elevator broke on our check-in day, and it took a full day to fix—so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage, which was tough, especially with heavy bags. We ended up just grabbing a change of clothes and heading up, but it was still a hassle. Still, I have to say, the way they handled the situation—though slow—was transparent and persistent.
