Noi Vitacura

My stay at NOI Vitacura was absolutely perfect—exactly what I needed to unwind in the middle of the city. The spa experience was outstanding: a warm indoor pool, dry and steam saunas, plus complimentary herbal teas that added a soothing touch. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, but the highlight was lunch at Tramonto restaurant—rich flavors paired with breathtaking views of the Gran Costanera Center skyline. It’s rare to find such a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Santiago. This place truly offers the ideal escape without leaving the city.

NH Collection Plaza Santiago

Absolutely stunning hotel — I loved every single detail! Stayed in room 1803 on the 18th floor, and the view of the Andes and Santiago cityscape was breathtaking. Every morning felt like a treat just looking out the window. The cleanliness is top-notch, and while breakfast offered limited hot options, the fresh fruits and excellent selection of cheeses more than made up for it. The on-site restaurant was fantastic — delicious food and a great wine list to match. I also enjoyed relaxing in the warm rooftop pool on the 20th floor and using the well-equipped fitness center. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Perfect location, unbeatable service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. Located in the business district, it’s super convenient for getting around Santiago—just a short metro ride to downtown. The area feels clean and safe, even late at night. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained with top-notch amenities. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a pleasant, subtle scent that made it feel fresh and inviting. The lobby design stands out with its sleek, contemporary style—very Instagram-worthy. We didn’t get to use the pool, but knowing it’s there adds to the appeal. Staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, the value for money is excellent—high quality without the high price tag. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.

Le Méridien Santiago stands out as one of the top choices in South America. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Santiago—public transit is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed with excellent soundproofing and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. What really impressed us was the overall value—great quality at a reasonable price. Santiago Marriott Hotel

Staying at the Santiago Marriott Hotel after a previous night at the Marriott in Los Angeles was a real upgrade—truly surprising how much better this one is. The room is significantly larger, with a dedicated workspace that feels like a private office. The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary cotton slippers and body lotion. Breakfast stood out with fresh-made omelets cooked right in front of me, plus a delicious quinoa dish that added a healthy, gourmet touch—something I didn’t find at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott. Service was more attentive and warm, and the lobby area is spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing with coffee or a drink. This place truly delivers on luxury and comfort, far exceeding expectations. A top-tier stay that’s absolutely worth every penny.
