While the ocean sounds are noticeable in the sea-view rooms, we actually found it soothing—just be aware if you’re sensitive to noise. Facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly designed with comfort in mind: spacious bathrooms with smart toilets, excellent water pressure, and a sleek, contemporary vibe throughout. Cleanliness was generally good, though there was a minor hiccup during our stay. I visited Da Nang solo in 2017 and decided to return this time for a relaxing getaway. After searching for affordable flights from Cheongju, I found an amazing round-trip deal for just 238,000 KRW—great value! I stayed one night at Wink Icon Hotel Danang Riverside, planning to spend another night in Hoi An before coming back for one more stay here before heading home. The rooftop pool on the 25th floor is absolutely stunning—after swimming, I sat under the shade of an umbrella and wrote this review, enjoying the peaceful vibe. I also visited Ba Na Hills and am keeping things low-key this trip. Since it was spontaneous, I didn’t exchange money efficiently—only managed to convert 195,000 KRW into about 3.6 million VND at Cheongju Airport—but it’s enough for my needs. Breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good; I added extra honey to my yogurt and loved the sweet touch. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and quiet moments.

The location is very convenient, with downtown just a short 20-minute metro ride away. The only minor downside is that there's ongoing construction nearby; if your room faces the site, you might notice some noise, but ours had a perfect ocean-facing view, so no issues at all. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. With the great value, stunning views, and warm hospitality, I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The bed was heavenly—huge, super comfortable, and paired with plush pillows that made for the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, perfectly cooked omelets or scrambled eggs, and pancakes almost every day. We left completely full and happy. The staff’s responsiveness is incredible—any request or comment was addressed instantly. We also booked a Thai massage through the hotel, and it was fantastic—relaxing, expertly done, and priced very reasonably. When checking out, the lovely front desk attendant walked us all the way to the car, helped with our bags, and didn’t leave until she confirmed we’d safely driven off.
