It's perfectly located just steps away from the French Quarter, making it super convenient for exploring the city's vibrant streets and attractions. The fact that Ruth Chris Steak House is right downstairs is a huge plus—perfect for a delicious dinner without having to go far. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience are top-notch, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy the heart of New Orleans in comfort and style.

The space is incredibly large, which is definitely a plus, but the moment you walk in, the smell hits you—like sewage. It was overwhelming and made the whole experience unpleasant. The main bathroom had a serious leak issue, flooding the bedroom every time it was used. The shower area was visibly moldy, which raised hygiene concerns. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and wobbly, making it frustrating to use. While the open layout offers great potential, there are no rugs, so conversations were hard to hear over the echo. The couch and chairs were uncomfortable—definitely not ideal for relaxing. That said, the beds were actually very comfy, which was a bright spot. However, there were no wine glasses provided at all, which was a bit surprising. Overall, despite the spaciousness, the lack of maintenance and basic amenities really hurt the experience. If these issues were addressed, this could be a much better stay.
