We booked three rooms for our family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond—our rooms were upgraded for free, which was a wonderful surprise. One minor issue was that the fabric sofa in the room looked a bit worn and needed cleaning. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff seemed slightly impatient when helping with a light fixture issue, but this didn’t overshadow the great service we received elsewhere.
