What really stood out was the exceptional service. The shift supervisor and the daytime front desk staff were both warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. When I needed to store something temporarily, even though the room didn’t have a fridge, they kindly arranged for it to be kept chilled in the kitchen area. And upon check-out, they even handed me local snacks as a sweet farewell gift. It’s clear this hotel genuinely cares about guest comfort and experience. From cleanliness to personal touches, every detail reflects attention and warmth. If I ever return to Xiamen, this will definitely be my top choice again. The room was surprisingly spacious—far bigger than expected for the price—and everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The new front desk staff member, Yu Ni, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Even when we weren’t sure how to ask our questions, she patiently guided us through everything. Location is excellent too—just a short walk from Xiamen Railway Station and surrounded by great dining options. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xiamen!

The view from the room is breathtaking—direct sightlines of the bay and the bridge, whether during the day or at night. What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. This level of care made my stay feel personal and special. If you're visiting Xiamen, this hotel should be at the top of your list—excellent service, stunning views, and an unforgettable experience.

Located just minutes from Gaoqi Airport, it's incredibly convenient for travelers—just a short ride to the airport or around Xiamen. The built-in projector is fantastic for movie nights, and the free karaoke feature is a total game-changer—no VIP needed, just sing your heart out anytime! The ambiance is serene, the space feels luxurious yet cozy, and everything is spotless. It’s rare to find such high quality combined with excellent value.
