Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

Even though it's not indoor, the upkeep makes it a standout feature. Everything about this stay felt premium and thoughtfully designed. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation.
