The room is spacious, with brand-new bedding, fully functional air conditioning, and an amazing, stylish decor that really stood out. While the first room had some issues, the hotel’s quick response and seamless reassignment made all the difference. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and satisfaction. A great stay overall—highly recommend for anyone visiting São Paulo.

The location is decent, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The windows in the room don’t open at all, and the air conditioning unit is dirty, clogged, and barely works. I tried reaching out to staff—only available via WhatsApp—but it took 15 minutes for a response, and even then, no real solution was offered. Poor service, lack of on-site assistance, and a noticeable lack of maintenance. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Check the Google Maps reviews—others have shared similar frustrations.

The bathroom features a decent shower, but the fixtures are outdated and worn. One plus: no carpeting and no musty smell—clean and fresh feel. There aren’t many guests since many residents are long-term tenants, so it’s quiet and not crowded. Breakfast is simple but well-prepared, served by a friendly staff member who manages things smoothly with minimal fuss. However, all room service requests require cash payment on the spot—no charges to your bill—and the mini-fridge is completely empty upon arrival. The fitness center is outdated with only a few basic machines. In short, this place only really works if you’re prioritizing location and the price is right. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify the experience.
