This was an excellent choice! The compact studio is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities like a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, and more. Its location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to Allianz Arena, making it perfect for attending concerts or events. A great supermarket is only one block away, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooftop area is fantastic—great pool, relaxing lounge space, and amazing views. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for travelers visiting São Paulo, especially those planning to attend events at the arena.

Great location, superb service, and a very high value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is decent, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The windows in the room don’t open at all, and the air conditioning unit is dirty, clogged, and barely works. I tried reaching out to staff—only available via WhatsApp—but it took 15 minutes for a response, and even then, no real solution was offered. Poor service, lack of on-site assistance, and a noticeable lack of maintenance. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Check the Google Maps reviews—others have shared similar frustrations.
