I tried reaching out to staff—only available via WhatsApp—but it took 15 minutes for a response, and even then, no real solution was offered. Poor service, lack of on-site assistance, and a noticeable lack of maintenance. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Check the Google Maps reviews—others have shared similar frustrations.
