To proceed with check-in, I had to go through another app, which was frustrating and not user-friendly. The platform claimed local support was available, but that turned out to be misleading. The app itself kept malfunctioning, causing more stress. Thankfully, a staff member from the app’s team (Roomboy) stepped in and helped me resolve everything at the last minute. Their prompt and friendly assistance saved the day. Overall, the entire experience was ruined by poor instructions and unreliable systems. I won’t be using this platform for any future bookings.
