There was also a comforting bowl of congee each evening—simple but deeply satisfying. Breakfast was an absolute highlight: three nights in a row, and every morning brought something new and delicious—on the first two days, there was millet sea cucumber porridge with shrimp, then on the third day, abalone rice balls and Arctic shrimp.
