My stay at 11 Howard in New York was absolutely fantastic, especially during the holiday season! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions and public transit, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. The room design is sleek and modern with a touch of personality, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully curated. The staff were warm and helpful, offering great local tips that enhanced our trip. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the locally sourced breakfast items and the cozy ambiance throughout the property. It’s clear this hotel values both style and guest experience. Would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

Staying at Moxy NYC Lower East Side was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions and surrounded by great dining and nightlife options. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the guy who happily granted me a free late checkout without any hassle. That little extra time made all the difference. The vibe of the hotel is modern, energetic, and welcoming—perfect for travelers looking for something fresh and stylish. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting NYC.

Staying at W New York - Union Square has been one of my favorite experiences in NYC. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Union Square, with easy access to subway lines, shopping, and dining. The hotel’s design is bold and modern, especially the lobby, which feels intimate but stylish despite its compact size. What really stands out is the staff—they’re warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every morning, they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and small pastries, which is such a lovely touch to start the day. I know space is limited in Manhattan, so I don’t expect luxury suites or huge rooms—but given the prime location and overall quality, this place delivers excellent value. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s part of the NYC vibe. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We've stayed here for over two weeks and can confidently say this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting New York City. The location in the East Village is incredibly convenient—right next to subway lines and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and local vibes. Even though the room is on the smaller side (which is typical for Manhattan), it was clean, well-designed, and made the most of every inch. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile—great hospitality that made a big difference. What really stands out is the variety of dining options: a rooftop bar perfect for evening drinks, and a charming French-inspired dinner restaurant just steps away. The amenities are thoughtfully provided, and the overall atmosphere feels modern yet welcoming. We were so happy with our stay that we’d definitely book again if we return to NYC. For value, convenience, and a cool neighborhood feel, this hotel earns a full 10/10.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and a quick subway ride into Manhattan. What really stood out was the room size; in New York, space is always at a premium, but this one felt generous and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The bed was super cozy, making for a restful night's sleep, and there was even ample space to unpack all our luggage. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great value for the quality, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

Staying at Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg was an absolute highlight of my trip! The view of the Manhattan skyline from the room was breathtaking—especially at sunset when the city lights began to sparkle. The modern, stylish design of the hotel adds a fun and vibrant energy, while the location is perfect for exploring Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan. I loved how walkable everything was, and public transit made getting around super easy. It’s rare to find such a cool vibe with great value—this place truly delivers on both comfort and atmosphere. Highly recommend for travelers who want a trendy, urban experience in NYC!

Located just steps from the East Broadway subway station, this hotel offers unbeatable access to some of Manhattan’s most iconic spots—Brooklyn Bridge and Chinatown are both within a 15-minute walk. The room is modest in size, especially for four guests, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and functional. What really stands out is the complimentary breakfast—fresh, varied, and satisfying without any extra cost. The staff go above and beyond with friendly, efficient service, always ready to help with local tips or booking assistance. It’s a great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again when visiting New York.

I stayed at the International Students Residence and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and practical it felt. The kitchen is one of the friendliest I've used—perfect for cooking meals on a budget, which is great for students. There's even a piano in the common area, which adds a nice touch for relaxing or playing during downtime. My room was clean and comfortable, and while the bathroom and shower are shared, they’re well-maintained and functional. It’s affordable without compromising on basics, and being close to public transit makes getting around New York easy. A solid choice for students looking for value and a cozy vibe.

This hotel is absolutely stunning—immaculate from top to bottom, and every staff member goes above and beyond with their warmth and professionalism. While the hotel doesn’t offer parking, there’s a great value lot just a two-minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2.5 days, which was incredibly reasonable. The room itself was a dream: exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, and a bathroom that felt like a spa—with a massive tub and a powerful shower. Pro tip: if you’re sharing a room with someone you don’t want to see naked, be aware the shower partition isn’t a one-way mirror—you can actually see into it when someone’s showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so no issues there. Both the in-house restaurant and the ramen spot next door are fantastic—definitely worth trying. I didn’t make it to the rooftop bar this time, but since I’ll be back every time I visit NYC, it’s definitely on my list for next time. The room was extremely quiet, and temperature control was effortless. That said, as someone who’s highly sensitive to energy and atmosphere, I did notice some unusual things right from the moment I walked in. Nothing scary—I’m not prone to fear—but I experienced several undeniable phenomena: seeing movement down the hall in both my room and the public corridor, hearing voices speaking clearly nearby when I was alone in the shower, and even hearing the stairwell door open directly beside our room, only to find it empty when I checked. It wasn’t coming from another room—it felt immediate, personal. After returning home, my daughter looked up the building’s history, and let’s just say it shed light on everything. There’s a reason why the third floor (near what used to be a fire escape) felt particularly charged. It also explains why my first thought upon opening the front door was, “I’m surprised they get away with inward-opening doors—this violates fire code.” Anyway, if you’re curious, do your own research. But regardless of all that, this is an exceptional hotel at a fair price, located in a safe and beautiful part of Brooklyn. I’ll be back again without hesitation.

Staying at Citizenm New York Bowery was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to SoHo, and right across from the Supreme store, perfect for fashion lovers. The hotel itself feels fresh and modern, with a clean, minimalist vibe. My room was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the efficient check-in process. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC who wants a stylish, convenient base near all the action.

Staying at Aura Hotel Brooklyn was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from subway lines and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and local shops. I especially want to thank Shaina, Lily, and Sunny for their warm welcome and genuine hospitality—they made us feel right at home. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, quiet space, and excellent lighting made for a restful night. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you're visiting Brooklyn, this hotel is a top pick. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming stay.

I rented this townhouse for two years and always paid my rent on time, but the experience was extremely frustrating. The air conditioning provided barely worked during summer, so I had to install split-unit AC systems myself—spending around $20,000 upgrading the unit. When I moved out, I was shocked that no security deposit was returned, and the owner blocked me completely. I even regret not taking the AC units with me since hiring a contractor of her choice cost me $14,000 alone. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional interaction. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, especially given the lack of basic trust and accountability.
