However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the action with easy access to the subway and plenty of shopping malls nearby. It’s a bit inconvenient that there isn’t a convenience store on-site, but Grab delivery made up for it—food and snacks arrived quickly and conveniently. Everything about this stay was top-notch, from the service to the ambiance. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

The layout was perfect for our group, offering both comfort and privacy. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk or quick subway ride to the wedding venue, which made everything super convenient. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. Overall, this was far beyond what we anticipated. With such great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location, we’d definitely book here again on our next trip to Jakarta.

The furniture was definitely aged but still functional. What stood out most was the excellent housekeeping and cleaning service—every time we returned to the room, it was spotless and well-maintained, which really helped offset any concerns about the room's age. If you're looking for a brand-new look, I’d recommend avoiding the classic rooms. But if you’re not too fussy about aesthetics and value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, this place offers fantastic value. It’s also conveniently located near public transit, making exploring Jakarta easy.
