The location is also convenient for getting around town, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Jeddah.

A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and hassle-free base in Jeddah.
Najmet Al Esraa Al Zahabeya
The hotel has a mixed experience. I appreciated the clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall colors and overall decor reminded me of my childhood home back in my country—very comforting and unique. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.

The location is convenient for reaching downtown by metro, but that’s about the only positive. For the price, the experience simply doesn’t justify the cost.
