Rede Concept - Hotel Salvador
The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh pastries, coffee that tasted like it was brewed just for me, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear the team cares about guest experience. The breakfast was absolutely excellent—especially the fish-shaped towels, which added a fun and unique touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. While the shower water wasn’t always hot enough, it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. The front desk and breakfast team went above and beyond with their hospitality. Located just steps from the metro, getting around Salvador is super convenient. A great value for the quality, and I’d definitely book again.

Hot water was reliable, and the overall comfort level was exceptional—perfect for a relaxing getaway without any stress. There were a few minor hiccups, like the dishwasher not working, the room phone being unresponsive, and an initial issue with the key, but the front desk team handled everything promptly and efficiently—my new key was replaced in no time. Breakfast options were a bit limited compared to other hotels, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. These are just small points I mention to help the team improve further. What truly stood out was the incredible space—my room was massive compared to others I’ve stayed in. Having a full kitchen, dining table, living area, and private balcony made the entire experience feel surreal. It felt more like staying in a cozy apartment than a hotel. The comfort, layout, and attention to detail were simply unmatched. I’m definitely coming back—this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

Staying at this property was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main attractions and easy to access via public transit. The morning coffee served on-site was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly—especially Nay, who went above and beyond with her warm smile and helpful attitude. From check-in to checkout, everything felt seamless and welcoming. This place truly offers comfort, convenience, and great value. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is a great value and very convenient to reach via public transit, but the cleaning could really use some improvement. I noticed several issues during my stay—towels weren’t changed, liquid soap was not replenished, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned after an accident. I had to clean up the mess myself, and even then, staff didn’t follow through with a proper cleanup or replace the bathroom mat. It’s frustrating when basic hygiene standards aren’t met, especially after such an incident. A little more attention to housekeeping would go a long way in making the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Otherwise, it’s hard to recommend.

Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient: just a short walk to Salvador Shopping and right next to the metro station, so getting around town is a breeze. I originally booked a standard room, but due to an issue with the air conditioning, the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger suite with two TVs, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table—way more spacious and enjoyable than expected. The team was attentive and efficient in handling the change without any hassle. Overall, the service, comfort, and value for money were outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salvador—great experience from start to finish.
Solar Das Artes Pousada Boutique
My stay at this hostel was extremely disappointing. I lost my money while staying there, which raised serious safety concerns. To make matters worse, the room I was given was completely different from the one I booked—definitely not what was advertised. The street where the property is located is also very unsafe, especially at night. It’s dark and filled with homeless individuals who constantly approach guests shouting for money, demanding 'give me 50, 20 reais'—it felt intimidating and uncomfortable throughout the night. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected. The location, safety, and room accuracy were all major issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I ran into a minor internet issue, she didn’t just fix it—she personally followed up, adjusted settings, and made sure I was comfortable. That kind of dedication made me extend my stay by two extra nights. It’s rare to find someone who invests so much effort not only into creating a beautiful space but also into ensuring every guest feels valued and happy. If you’re looking for authenticity, warmth, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place. I wholeheartedly recommend it—and I’ll definitely be back.
