We had already booked this apartment, but the owners refused to accommodate a date change despite our clear request—we weren’t asking for a refund, just a postponement so we could travel later. Unfortunately, the response was cold and completely lacking empathy. The lack of flexibility and poor communication made an already stressful situation worse. If not for the unexpected cancellation, maybe the rating would’ve been different, but given how unhelpful they were, I can't recommend this property to others, especially travelers who might face similar disruptions.
