From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. They quickly offered me a comfortable lounge chair right by the poolside—perfect spot with just enough quiet and shade. It was a weekday, so the place was pleasantly uncrowded, giving me total peace and privacy. The water temperature was ideal—refreshing without being too cold. To top it off, there was a subtle DJ playing smooth lounge music in the background, adding that extra touch of elegance. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about guest comfort. This experience felt as luxurious as staying on-site, all while being accessible to non-guests. If you’re looking for a serene escape in Geneva without booking a room, this is an absolute must-visit.

Hôtel Métropole Genève

Staying at Hôtel Métropole Genève was an absolute delight. The hotel sits directly across from the English Garden, just a short stroll away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. The rooftop bar is a must-visit—perfect for sunset views of Lake Geneva, with stunning vistas of the Pont des Nations bridge, the Ferris wheel, and the famous jet d'eau fountain. The flower clock is right in the garden, adding a charming touch to the area. We enjoyed taking the ferry between the two sides of the lake—it’s such a unique way to experience Geneva. Though the hotel has a classic, historic charm, the interiors are beautifully modernized, and every detail feels fresh and well-maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was served on the fifth floor in a generous buffet style—plenty of options to suit all tastes. We booked a room with a large double bed (1m80) and a single bed, perfect for our 1.7-meter-tall child. The room had high ceilings (about 4 meters), spacious and elegant, with all amenities you’d want. Even the bedtime service included a little chocolate surprise—such a thoughtful touch! This stay truly felt like luxury with heart.

Hôtel de la Cigogne

This hotel has easily become my favorite stay in Milan. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the interior design has a sophisticated charm. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Best of all, it’s perfectly located just a short walk from the Duomo, making sightseeing effortless. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
