The location was excellent and the apartment itself was a pleasant stay overall. The space was generous and well-designed, though I should note that the third sleeping area isn’t a proper bedroom—it’s just tucked into the loft section of the living room, which makes it less practical, especially during summer when daylight fills the space. There was some confusion before arrival: despite the platform stating info would be sent a week in advance, we only received details on the day of check-in. We were also unexpectedly asked for ID and an additional deposit upon arrival, with little room to negotiate—this should definitely be clarified upfront on the listing. That said, once we arrived, the host was responsive and easy to reach. The place was clean, but towels were insufficient and some were noticeably stained or worn. The living room and kitchen were extremely cold, even with heating running—someone came to inspect it, but the issue wasn’t resolved. We ended up wearing clothes inside just to stay warm! Still, I’d consider staying here again—ideal for two couples or friends traveling together—but not more than that. Overall, a solid experience with a few quirks worth noting.

The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted by a friendly young male front desk staff member and the current owner, both of whom were attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs—nothing fancy, but perfectly functional. While there are a few areas of the property that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to Grand Place, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way, making dining out super convenient. The hotel is currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which explains some minor imperfections, but it’s clear they’re investing in improving the guest experience. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation, especially given the great value and central spot.
