Staying at the voco Orchard Singapore was a great experience, especially for its prime location in the heart of Orchard Road. The hotel is just a short walk from the MRT station, making commuting, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient—perfect for travelers who want to explore the area without hassle. While the property isn’t brand new, it’s far from outdated; everything feels well-maintained and functional. Check-in is at 3 PM, which is standard, but the rooftop pool is a real highlight—ideal for kids to splash around in, and the view from up there adds a nice touch. One minor downside is that some major attractions like Chinatown or Marina Bay are a bit farther away and require a short subway or bus ride, but that’s not a dealbreaker for most visitors. Overall, the comfort, location, and family-friendly amenities make this a top choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

My first trip to Singapore and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Pan Pacific Orchard feels like a serene oasis in the heart of the city—seriously, it’s like staying in a tropical forest retreat. Every touchpoint, from arrival and check-in to room service, checkout, and even arranging taxis, was handled with exceptional care and attention. The staff were incredibly thoughtful—whenever they noticed we were Chinese-speaking, they immediately switched to fluent Mandarin, making communication smooth and genuinely welcoming. The level of service is top-tier. Pro tip: If you want that dreamy pool view, book a room on floors 6 to 10—this was my biggest discovery after doing thorough research, and I’m so glad I got the perfect room! The photos (Fig 1–2) were taken from my balcony, showing the lush pool area right in front of me. Fig 4–5 are from the 11th-floor terrace—a lovely space for dining or relaxing. The hotel’s layout is easy to spot from outside, and each section has its own charm. This stay exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be back.

It’s great to see a multilingual team, including Chinese-speaking staff at the lobby, which made communication easy and stress-free. Being just steps away from the Shangri-La Hotel meant we could easily enjoy dining or heading to the fitness center without needing to travel far. The private pool is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. With excellent location, top-notch amenities, and genuine hospitality, this place offers incredible value. I’d definitely book here again if I ever return to Singapore.

I’ll never forget how special my birthday felt: receiving a heartfelt handwritten card truly made the day unforgettable. It’s clear this place goes above and beyond to make guests feel seen and cared for. I’ve already recommended it to friends back home, and I know I’ll be returning again soon.

Thankfully, the on-duty manager Alieen Bello handled everything with great professionalism—she immediately arranged a room change and personally escorted us to our new room. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-thought-out slippers to the complimentary airport transfer as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch: Dyson hairdryer, portable B&O speaker, and a beautifully designed jewelry box made the stay feel luxurious. Complimentary business car service to Orchard Road and nearby areas is a major plus for convenience. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning, and the room itself matched the photos perfectly—high ceilings, spacious layout, and excellent finishes. Everything exceeded expectations. This is truly a solid 5-star experience, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Everything from the room to public areas was spotlessly clean—so much so that even my detail-oriented travel buddy had no complaints. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated near Somerset MRT station and bus stops, giving direct access to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. Right downstairs is 313 Orchard, so dining and shopping are just steps away. On-site amenities include a breakfast area (simple but high-quality), a rooftop pool, fitness center, and a lounge on the 11th floor featuring a massage chair and table tennis—perfect for unwinding. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but considering the location, comfort, cleanliness, and service, it’s totally worth it. I’d definitely come back.
