The hotel is a bit tucked away, requiring a short climb to reach, but that’s part of its charm—peaceful and quiet, far from the city buzz. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, spending nearly the entire morning splashing around in the hot tub and playing with the fountains. The sofa bed in the room made it feel instantly like a family suite—super comfortable and spacious. It was also the first time our child slept alone in a room, marking a small but meaningful step toward independence. We booked through a platform, and the rate was great for the quality. This was our third stay in Singapore, and Shangri-La stood out for its excellent Chinese-speaking service—many staff members were fluent in Mandarin, making communication easy and welcoming. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, especially that large bay window—so much space you could almost sleep on it! Housekeeping was excellent, and there were always fresh water bottles available. I even discovered a little gem: Stay Club, the late-night eatery just across the street. I ended up eating there for three consecutive nights—those skewers were delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. This hotel offers comfort, convenience, and great value. Arrived late at night and encountered a broken light in the room, plus noticed breakfast wasn’t registered in the system. Thankfully, the on-duty manager Alieen Bello handled everything with great professionalism—she immediately arranged a room change and personally escorted us to our new room. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-thought-out slippers to the complimentary airport transfer as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch: Dyson hairdryer, portable B&O speaker, and a beautifully designed jewelry box made the stay feel luxurious. Complimentary business car service to Orchard Road and nearby areas is a major plus for convenience. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning, and the room itself matched the photos perfectly—high ceilings, spacious layout, and excellent finishes. Everything exceeded expectations. This is truly a solid 5-star experience, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.
