Both rooms came with a bathtub and large windows, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It's rare to find such a high level of comfort and hospitality in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Reading lights on both sides of the bed are a thoughtful touch, typical of a luxury hotel done right. The space is spacious, with a large glass desk and a cozy sofa—my favorite spot to unwind with a cup of tea while watching the city life unfold outside. The wardrobe area is cleverly designed like a dressing room, making getting ready effortless. The bathroom features a well-executed wet/dry separation. While the bathtub has a glass panel facing the window for a scenic view, it does require some privacy awareness if traveling with a partner. While all were great, this DoubleTree stood out for its thoughtful touches and exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping areas and public transport, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you're visiting KL, this is definitely a top choice — highly recommend!
