These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.
