The front desk is located in room 47 on the second floor, and you can contact them via the intercom system at the main entrance—very efficient. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, or you can head over to the breakfast lounge just a 6-minute walk away, which is actually housed in another hotel under the same management. The breakfast menu is fantastic—fresh salmon, a variety of made-to-order dishes, and friendly service. I left feeling satisfied and energized. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit Moscow—it’s a top choice for both comfort and convenience.

The hotel has clear Chinese signage, and the front desk staff speaks basic Mandarin, which made communication smooth. One small improvement could be adding Beijing time on the lobby clock and including Mandarin announcements in the elevators. Breakfast options were fairly diverse, though weekday service ends earlier than on weekends or holidays—something worth considering. The fitness center is compact but well-maintained with modern equipment. It’s a bit chilly without heating, so adding warmth would definitely enhance comfort. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a solid choice for travelers visiting Moscow.
Sadovnicheskaya City Center
Our stay at Sadovnicheskaya City Center was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed there was no room available for our reservation—despite having confirmed online. We were eventually assigned a different, older room with minimal cleanliness and outdated furnishings. The luggage wasn’t delivered until nearly an hour after check-in, and we were charged a fine of 7,500 rubles for the delay. This is completely unacceptable. While the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Moscow via metro, the lack of basic service reliability and poor communication made the experience frustrating. We expected better from a place charging this rate. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
