Staying at InterContinental Hotels Santiago was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and impeccably designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of variety with fresh, high-quality options ranging from local favorites to international classics. The hotel’s prime location along the main thoroughfare made it perfect for photography, with stunning city views and great lighting throughout the day. Just steps away, there’s a lively street packed with restaurants, so dining out is incredibly convenient and diverse. I especially enjoyed trying the hotel’s house-made ice cream—it was creamy, flavorful, and refreshingly unique. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. With such a fantastic location, excellent service, and top-tier amenities, it’s definitely one of the best choices in Santiago. Would highly recommend and will be back!

I stayed here during a conference, so rooms were fully booked and the price was on the higher side—around $300 per night. That said, aside from the cost, everything else was excellent. The staff went above and beyond with their service—friendly, prompt, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, well-maintained pool, and clean, stylish rooms. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset when you can see the entire Santiago skyline. The only downside was breakfast—it felt a bit lacking in variety. There weren’t many options, and despite what other guests mentioned, I didn’t see any cherries at all. Just basic fruits like apples and bananas. Still, considering the overall experience, the location, the comfort, and the service, it’s definitely worth it for the right occasion.

Sunset and moonrise here are simply magical. I stayed for eight days, and by the end, the staff all knew me by name—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Breakfast was generous and delicious, while dinner at the rooftop venue was surprisingly excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in Santiago’s cultural heart. Walking distance takes you to top restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and major attractions. Right across the street is a huge open-air food plaza where you can hop on a cable car up to Cerro Santa Lucía for panoramic views of the entire city. Nearby, a vibrant art market offers quirky little souvenirs and handmade crafts. Across from the hotel lies a spacious park with a historic 1900s horse-drawn carriage path—about two kilometers long—leading straight to the National Art Museum. Perfect for morning runs or quiet strolls. This isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. For anyone who loves heritage, atmosphere, and great service, this hotel delivers beyond expectations. Highly recommend.
