From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive—especially the front desk agent, Gu Pan, whose friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. The room I booked was the smallest option, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a freestanding soaking tub—a delightful bonus I didn’t expect (though I didn’t get to use it!). The location is unbeatable: directly facing Xujiahui Library and the Catholic Church, offering a peaceful morning view. Check-out was quick and smooth, and there’s a dedicated counter for luggage storage, which is super convenient. Overall, the service, ambiance, and attention to detail made this stay exceptional. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Shanghai.
