The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. The facilities are top-notch: everything you’d need is available, from high-speed Wi-Fi to excellent bathroom amenities. What stood out most was the cleanliness—every corner was spotless, and the air quality felt noticeably fresh. They even have a dedicated banquet hall, perfect for gatherings or events. The staff were incredibly helpful—front desk was friendly and efficient, and they offered luggage storage, which made my trip so much smoother. Located near Harbin Sports Institute and the International Convention and Exhibition Center, it’s super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff, especially Qiao Yuan and Jing Qi at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and attentive—greeting me with a warm cup of tea upon check-in made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean lines and a calming atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the excellent soundproofing too—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient for exploring the city. With its thoughtful touches, great location, and top-notch service, this hotel offers amazing value. It’s rare to find such convenience and value in this category.
