My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hallway just outside the door is stunning, with traditional Sichuan embroidery cushions paired beautifully with Ming-style furniture, instantly creating a timeless, immersive atmosphere. Staff were exceptional—front desk team members Xiao Fu and Qin Qin were warm, attentive, and professional, and the restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. This place offers such a special blend of elegance, comfort, and cultural charm. I’d definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Chengdu.

It’s also just a 10-minute taxi ride to popular spots like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, perfect for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The hotel offers free parking and EV charging stations—great for electric vehicle travelers. I loved that the lobby had authentic Sichuan snacks and seasonal hampers, and across the street is Wenshu Fang, a lively food alley with evening street stalls starting at 4 PM. The rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with warm greetings and helpful service. Everything felt clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed. Even the small farewell gift and handwritten note made me feel deeply appreciated. The cultural experience itself stood out—more than just a show, it was interactive and meaningful. Learning about incense-making, weaving techniques, and local rituals gave me real insight into Tibetan traditions in a relaxed, welcoming way.
