The on-site restaurant serves an incredible roast pork leg, rich in flavor and perfectly tender—definitely one of the best meals I’ve had during my trip. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or assistance. Their hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and special. For travelers who value convenience, charm, and great service, this hotel is a top choice.

The staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. I especially loved the freshly made pancakes served right in front of me—so comforting and satisfying. The room was spotless every day, and even though the hotel has some age to it, the furnishings are modern, clean, and well-maintained—way better than I expected. They even offered a complimentary high-end sparkling water upon check-in—a nice little touch. If they could provide two bottles for couples, that’d be perfect. Overall, this place offers great value and comfort. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I’m in Cologne.
