The staff exceeded expectations—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The large TV made for great entertainment, and the ability to stream from my phone was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic—beautifully set up, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This is one of those rare stays where everything just works perfectly. Highly recommended.

I especially loved the freshly made pancakes served right in front of me—so comforting and satisfying. The room was spotless every day, and even though the hotel has some age to it, the furnishings are modern, clean, and well-maintained—way better than I expected. They even offered a complimentary high-end sparkling water upon check-in—a nice little touch. If they could provide two bottles for couples, that’d be perfect. Overall, this place offers great value and comfort. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I’m in Cologne.

Right behind the hotel, there’s a little street with a surprisingly authentic bubble tea shop and even a biangbiang noodles stall—something I never expected to find in Germany! It added such a fun, unexpected local flavor to my trip. Everything about this hotel—from comfort to location to hidden gems nearby—was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
