Traveled solo and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The pool, spa, and gym were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Berlin. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, from the front desk team during check-in and check-out to everyone I met throughout the hotel and spa area. Their attention to detail made a big difference. I especially loved the on-site café—it’s a quiet gem with excellent coffee and light bites, ideal for a relaxed morning or afternoon break. Despite its peaceful location, everything I needed was nearby: restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, public transport links are fantastic—just a short walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. This place truly offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Definitely coming back.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect—right across from a bus stop and just steps away from a lively street food market and shopping plaza, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering that personal touch you’d expect from a luxury property. Breakfast was a highlight—offering familiar options for international travelers, including Chinese-style dishes like congee, egg tarts, and fried eggs, which made me feel right at home. But honestly, the room itself was the real surprise: spacious beyond belief with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and even a small kitchenette. It felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. The design is modern and thoughtful, blending comfort with aesthetic appeal. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this one stands out for its combination of convenience, quality, and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend and return without hesitation.

Stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin for four nights and initially hesitated after reading some negative reviews online—almost decided to switch hotels halfway through, but glad I didn’t. The cleanliness was outstanding from day one; every room was spotless, with no trace of dust or grime, making it a truly hygienic and relaxing stay. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive—always smiling, helpful, and professional. Each room came with slippers, and daily complimentary bottled water (250ml glass bottles) was a nice touch. The underfloor heating made the rooms incredibly cozy, especially during colder evenings—no need for extra blankets. We booked two rooms: one with classic, timeless luxury decor (not as outdated as some online claims), and another recently renovated with a modern, sleek feel. Both were cleaned thoroughly each day. Room amenities included a kettle and a coffee machine—perfect for that morning brew. Towels and bath linens were fresh and clean, and all toiletries were provided except toothpaste and toothbrushes (which guests should bring). Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, with taxis costing only €6–12. Right outside, there’s a vibrant shopping plaza with plenty of dining options, cafes, and boutiques—ideal for exploring on foot. Overall, this is exactly what you’d expect from a premium five-star hotel: excellent service, top-tier comfort, and great value. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Berlin.

Waldorf Astoria Berlin

We booked a family connecting room for three, and it was an excellent choice. The setup actually includes two separate rooms—a king bedroom and a twin bedroom—connected by a door, giving us the privacy we needed while still being able to move freely between spaces. With three beds and a combined area of about 80 square meters, the space felt generous and very comfortable. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated—everything is brand new, from the furnishings to the bathroom fixtures, and the overall ambiance feels luxurious and modern. It’s located just steps away from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Berlin. Great value, great location, and perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.

Staying at this hotel in Berlin was an absolute highlight of my trip!
