The front desk staff, Coco, went above and beyond—when she saw we booked two rooms, she kindly arranged them next to each other with a warm, natural demeanor that made the whole process feel personal. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, and it offered a peaceful view of Baiyun Mountain. Best part? With just our room key, we could access the scenic area through a private internal passage—so convenient and unique.
