We stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Birmingham in Five Ways while dropping off our child for school, and it turned out to be an absolute blessing. The hotel is just a short walk from the University of Birmingham, with a Morrisons supermarket right next door—perfect for daily essentials. On our second day, we took a casual stroll around the neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised to find so many schools and educational institutions nearby. This was especially reassuring since we'd been worried about how our child would settle into life in the UK. We stumbled upon Birmingham Guoke Education right near the hotel, and after learning more about their supervision and academic support services, we made the decision on the spot. It felt like fate—this stay wasn’t just about comfort and convenience; it genuinely helped us solve a major concern. A truly memorable experience that exceeded all expectations.

We had a fantastic two-day stay at Aloft Birmingham Eastside with the family to catch an Aston Villa match. The stadium was just a 5-minute Uber ride away, and getting to the train station was equally convenient. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed a great cup of coffee in the morning—perfect for starting the day. The hotel bar has a relaxed, chill vibe that’s ideal for unwinding after a busy day out. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—great for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a top choice for both sports fans and travelers looking for a modern, well-located stay in Birmingham.

I stayed in a top-floor deluxe suite at the AC Hotel Birmingham and absolutely loved every moment of my visit. The room was beautifully designed—sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with a perfect blend of style and functionality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming from check-in to check-out. I was pleasantly surprised by how great value the drinks were at the hotel bar—excellent quality for the price. And the view overlooking the water was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Honestly, my photos don’t even come close to capturing the real beauty of the space. If you're looking for a stylish, well-located hotel with exceptional service and a touch of luxury, this is definitely a must-stay. I’ll be back!

The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and always smiling, making the check-in process a breeze. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the modern furnishings to the fully functional kitchenette, it felt like home. Located just minutes from the city center, getting around by train or bus is super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, an excellent value for the quality—definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

Located in a perfect spot, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The convenience of being just a short walk from the city center and close to public transit makes exploring Birmingham effortless. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price—bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. With thoughtful touches and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s clear the team cares about guest experience. I highly recommend this place for travelers seeking comfort without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham.

Staying at The Saltley Inn was an absolute delight. Just £22 from Birmingham Airport, this cozy guesthouse offers incredible value for money. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep after a long journey. The host and staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience feel personal and friendly. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s ideal for travelers looking for convenience without the high price tag. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham—great quality, great location, and even better hospitality.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations—10 out of 10 is totally justified! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I got a middle bunk that felt stable and secure. The room was quiet, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep, and my fellow travelers were friendly and respectful. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained—definitely one of the best I’ve seen in a hostel. Plus, the free breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, tasty, and with great variety. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just an 8-minute walk to the city center, making it super easy to explore shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. Everything is so convenient and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham.

The location of PH Hostel Birmingham is incredibly easy to find—just turn off the main road and you're there. Right at the corner, there's a bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around town without needing a car. I was impressed by how accessible and well-connected the hostel is, especially for travelers on a budget. The spot is practical, clean, and offers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever return to Birmingham.

Staying at Prince Hotel felt more like being in a temporary housing unit than a real hotel. The location is convenient—close to the subway—but everything else falls apart quickly. Wi-Fi is practically unusable, and phone signal is so weak you can’t even make calls. The worst part? Neighbors constantly hang out outside their doors, laughing and chatting loudly until 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The kitchen closes at 10 p.m. every night, which means if you’re up late or need to grab food before work, you’re out of luck. It doesn’t open until 7 a.m., so breakfast is nearly impossible for early risers. Even the so-called 'free breakfast' is only available on a first-come, first-served basis—by the time you get there, it’s gone. The management is extremely problematic. Sara, the manager, is rude, dismissive, and refuses to listen. She interrupts constantly and acts like she’s always right—her behavior made me question her judgment. There are cameras everywhere, even outside the building and down the street. It felt like I was under constant surveillance, as if I were starring in some reality show. The bathroom has visible mold, and the smell in some rooms resembles urine. The water is harsh on skin—especially sensitive or acne-prone skin—it dries out hands and body. The fridge is overcrowded, with no room for your own food, and the stench is overwhelming. Items left unattended in your room are taken by cleaning staff without warning—this feels like theft. You’re forced to eat in the tiny outdoor dining area, even in freezing weather, and eating in your room results in Sara showing up early in the morning, banging on your door. If you don’t answer, she uses a spare key to enter, shouting at you while you’re still asleep. No privacy at all. Overall, this place isn’t a hotel—it’s a transitional housing facility for people waiting for council housing. The duvet cover is too small, and the bedding is clearly not meant for comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Staying here was a perfect choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of Birmingham without breaking the bank. Just a 3-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station, the location is unbeatable—everything you need is within easy reach. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered excellent value for money. I especially appreciated the breakfast at the adjacent 'spoons pub—plenty of variety, great quality, and super affordable. It felt like a real local touch, adding charm to the whole experience. The combination of convenience, comfort, and affordability made this stay stand out. Highly recommended for travelers who want a central base with character and no hidden surprises.

Staying at Travelodge Birmingham Central Newhall Street was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring everything Birmingham has to offer. We arrived late at night, but the staff were still warm and welcoming—so attentive and friendly! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great bedding that made for a restful sleep. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—genuine, helpful, and always smiling. If I ever return to Birmingham, this will be my go-to choice. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a reliable, centrally located hotel with a personal touch.

We stayed at Royal George Hotel for just one night during a wedding visit to Birmingham, and it was absolutely perfect for our short trip. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk or short subway ride away from the ceremony venue, making everything so convenient. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels warm and welcoming. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and we slept like babies. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Even though it was only one night, every detail felt thoughtfully considered. For a hassle-free, comfortable base in Birmingham, this hotel earns every single point—it’s truly a 10/10 experience.
