7 Days Inn (Tianjin Five Old Streets Tonglou)
First time visiting Tianjin, and I’m really impressed with the 7 Days Inn (Tonglou Branch near Children’s Hospital, Wudadao). The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials — comfortable bed, good lighting, and functional amenities. What stood out most was the excellent service: the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and whenever we ran out of something, it was replenished almost immediately. It’s true that finding the location might be a bit tricky at first glance, but once you’re there, you’ll appreciate how central it is — right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. Best of all, the hotel isn’t directly on a busy street, so it’s quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Tianjin.

Right downstairs is a KFC, so grabbing a quick meal is super convenient without having to go far. Parking is readily available and easy to access, which is a big plus if you're driving. The bathroom water pressure is a bit low, but it doesn’t hinder daily use—it’s still functional and clean. Nearby, there are plenty of food delivery options, so ordering dinner was effortless. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and responsive—any issue I had was addressed promptly and professionally. Their friendly service made the stay even more pleasant. I’d definitely consider returning and would recommend this hotel to friends.

The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great gaming gear. What really stood out was the free meal included with the stay; no need to go out for dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is super convenient, just a short subway ride from Meijiang Exhibition Center, and everything around is well-connected and easy to access. Excellent value for money and a great experience overall—I’d definitely book again.
Tianjin Jing Jin Hotel
We recently visited Tianjin with our kids and stayed at Tianjin Jing Jin Hotel—what a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient; we took bus 953 directly from the train station, which dropped us right in front of the hotel with no transfers needed. Just a short walk away is the Tianjin Museum, which offers free admission—a perfect stop for families. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. We booked a standard room, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured large windows that let in plenty of natural light. All the amenities were modern and well-maintained. They even provided Spring Valley natural mineral water—such a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff, a young man named Li, was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with a great variety and excellent quality—our family enjoyed every bite. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve had during our trip to Tianjin. With its unbeatable location, cleanliness, comfort, and warm service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning next time we’re in town.

While there are certainly other good hotels in the city, you simply can’t find this level of comfort and cleanliness at such a reasonable rate elsewhere. The room was spacious, odor-free, and incredibly well-maintained. Parking was convenient, which made arriving and leaving hassle-free. The bathroom was spotless and modern, adding to the overall pleasant experience. What really stood out was the location—right next to a local market and a supermarket, making grocery shopping and grabbing meals super easy. Everything I needed was within walking distance. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin.
