Unfortunately, I returned exactly at 8 PM and was denied access—despite being a guest staying overnight. This lack of flexibility is frustrating, especially since guests are expected to manage their time around work or travel. Why not extend service slightly beyond 8 PM? It’s basic customer care. While the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and convenient, this one employee’s poor attitude really stood out. I hope management addresses this issue—great accommodations deserve equally thoughtful staff. Otherwise, it's a strong recommendation despite this hiccup.
