The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature throughout. All toiletries and the hairdryer were in great condition. I also appreciated the convenience of the microwave and refrigerator in the lobby—perfect for preparing meals or storing essentials. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touches: blood pressure monitor, foot bath tub, and even a wheelchair available on-site—clearly designed with medical travelers in mind. They also offer parcel collection, which saved me from having to run back and forth. Bonus: they provide plastic slippers for the shower—no need to pack extra footwear! The room itself is fully smart-equipped: curtains open and close automatically, lights respond to voice commands, and Xiao Du even wakes you up with music. The bed is spacious with excellent support—so comfortable I barely moved all night. The hairdryer has strong power, and the mirror comes with built-in lighting, making morning routines so much easier. There are two gaming controllers in the room (though I didn’t use them). One small suggestion: despite being clearly marked as non-smoking, there was still a cigarette ashtray in the room, and I kept catching faint smoke smells in the morning and evening. It took a while to clear. If it's a no-smoke policy, maybe remove the ashtray altogether to avoid confusion. Overall, this place nails service, comfort, and attention to detail. Clean, quiet, tech-savvy, and super convenient. I’ll definitely be back.
